For me, MOJO picks up where Simon Bailey’s book, Release Your Brilliance, left off. Dr. Goldsmith, author of MOJO, also acknowledges that real success is birthed internally. He defines MOJO as that positive spirit toward what we are doing now that starts from the inside and radiates to the outside.

Dr. Goldsmith’s book is based on mastering the 4 keys to identity, achievement, reputation and acceptance. These four keys are vital to capturing and releasing MOJO as oftentimes overachieving men and women tend to become stagnant in their professional careers once they reach their pinnacle.

Unfortunately, when this happens it could lead to a disconnect with clients and subordinates who are usually directly impacted by this behavior.

What I like most about this book is the fact that Dr. Goldsmith bases his study on business leaders he has coached over the years. Therefore, he can accurately give an assessment of what works and what doesn’t.

The perspectives and tools provided were very insightful and practical. They serve as a guide for present and future leaders who may have lost their way and need to re-ignite their MOJO.

However, if you are looking for a book that will show you how to achieve and maintain success over a lifetime, then you are in for a real treat.

Simon T. Bailey, a highly sought after motivational speaker and author of “Release Your Brilliance,” has managed to condense his experiences on the success track into 4 Easy Steps.

The author compares an individual’s transformation from mere mediocrity into greatness to that of a diamond’s transformation from roughness to sheer brilliance.

This book will challenge your way of thinking and your reasons for desiring success. Although written in only 200 pages, don’t be fooled by this short read. The nuggets presented in this book are insightful yet robust which may take you some time to process. The author even recommends that you read it twice to retain the clusters of wisdom that are revealed in it.

I personally enjoyed the book’s dialogue as it motivated me to take a different approach to the way I viewed success. Moreover, I especially liked the way in which the author pointed out that the secret to sustained success starts with a spiritual transformation from the inside out.

If you really want to take charge of your success, “Release Your Brilliance” is just what you need to make it happen!

Whether secular or christian, from eHarmony to Match.com they all promise to help you find the man or woman of your dreams. Nevertheless, before you jump onto the band wagon consider the 5 Biggest Online Dating Mistakes.

Mistake #1: Don’t make a big investment emotionally in any one relationship without solid foundations.

Once you get past saying all the right things you both want to hear, meeting for a cup of coffee or an espresso will give you enough time to assess whether this person is someone you want to know better. This way you don’t have to be concerned about throwing a lot of money, and valuable time, on dating before you find someone you really like. Remember to be authentic and to look for authenticity in the other person.

Mistake #2: Packaging is not the answer. The packaging is only that and is not who someone really is. Be clear about who you are, what you want in a relationship, and set out to find it in a deliberate way.

Determine what you are looking for in your ideal relationship. Put some honest thought into it and write it down. Knowing what your requirements are in a relationship will help you quickly assess if a person you’re dating is right for you. Most of us allow things to just drift along and are not pro-active in having a plan for ourselves when it comes to relationships, especially with Online Dating.

Mistake #3: How is it that we plan for everything except relationships? Take some time to plan what you want in a relationship before you get into a habit or rut with someone.

Ask yourself, using the information you have gathered so far, does this person meet my requirements? If so, then you can continue to find out more about him/her while finding out about other people at the same time. Projecting all your hopes and dreams onto any one person, especially at a very early stage, is likely to bring you some amount of pain and heartache when you realize the relationship isn’t going to work out.

Mistake #4: Don’t be exclusive right from the start so you can better deal with the ups and downs of the dating cycle. Spread the emotional load by giving your attention to a number of people. “Just make sure you keep their names straight.”

Anyone who might be right for you will, you hope, want to share his/her life with a person who has a balanced life. That includes allowing you to continue to live as you like, and enjoy all the other activities and people in your life, while allowing your new companion to do the same. Straining towards exclusivity too soon in your new relationship spells disaster.

Mistake #5: Don’t get discouraged should you discover Online Dating is not right for you.

Get out there and have fun dating anyway! But make sure that your relationships fit in with the rest of your life as a successful single. Know your requirements, needs and desires and look for someone who can meet them.

Every woman longs to be swept off her feet by the man of her dreams where vacations and weekend getaways are a normal part of life. Butlers and maids answer to her beck and call while the only time she lifts her finger is to signal for a self indulging service.

Unfortunately, for many the reality is a laundry list of things to do, errands to run and deadlines to meet. With the pressures of life pulling at every turn, a woman’s needs often go neglected.

Authors John & Stasi Eldredge highlight the various roles women play in the relationships they encounter through experiences from childhood to womanhood. As women struggle with lies that they are not good enough, and try to be all things to everyone, they often times fall victim to seeking affirmation from men rather than God.

“Captivating“ draws you back to God, the one true lover of your soul. The authors take you on a journey to reclaim your femininity and to release your heart to a freedom that is only found in God.

“Captivating” also shows men how they can explore the secret of a woman’s soul, celebrate her strength and the beauty that she offers.

I highly recommend this book as a must read for women from every cultural background. I also would like to make a suggestion for you to share the romance by reading passages from this book to your significant other.
